Shoulder tuberosity fracture, i.e. humerus tuberosity fracture, can be treated with conservative treatment and surgical treatment such as incision and reduction and fixation according to the type of fracture and the degree of displacement. 1. Conservative treatment: for non-displaced humeral tuberosity fracture, or mildly displaced humeral tuberosity fracture, the patient’s functional requirements are not high humeral tuberosity fracture, can be used for upper limb triangular towel suspension for 3~4 weeks, after reviewing the X-ray film suggests that there is a sign of bone healing, then the shoulder functional exercise. 2. Surgical treatment: For the humeral tuberosity fracture with obvious displacement or four-part fracture, it should be treated with incision and reduction and plate internal fixation in time, and most of the patients can get good functional recovery. For very complicated four-part fractures in the elderly, artificial humeral head replacement can be chosen.
