How to tell if a lump in your armpit is a lymphoma

You can determine whether an underarm lump is lymphatic enlargement based on the hand palpation method and ultrasound.
Palpation: Under normal circumstances, the axillary lymph nodes cannot be touched. If the axillary lumps are larger than 1 cm in diameter, painful when pressed, not soft and irregular in texture, and have redness and swelling of the skin, then it may be considered as enlarged lymph nodes. If the above symptoms are not present, other diseases may be involved. |Ultrasound
Ultrasound: During ultrasound examination, the size of the lymph nodes at the subcutaneous lumps can be detected according to the ultrasound to determine lymph node enlargement, if the size of the lymph nodes exceeds the normal value, then it is lymph enlargement.
If you touch the lumps under the armpit, don’t be alarmed, we suggest you to go to the hospital for consultation in order to make a clear diagnosis and actively cooperate with the doctor for treatment.
