There are several common causes of hip pain: the first one, lesions of the bone itself, such as bone tumors and sacroiliac arthritis. Usually sacroiliac arthritis, which can be caused by ankylosing spondylitis. The second, more common cause is a variety of acute injuries, especially common in car accidents resulting in hip fractures, thus triggering the pain. The third, more common cause, is hip pain caused by a hip joint lesion. There are more causes of hip joint lesions, mainly pain caused by hip synovitis, pain caused by aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, pain caused by femoral head tumors, pain caused by acetabular fractures, especially pain caused by bone displacement after fracture, which is more obvious.
