What does Chinese medicine for diabetes look like?

Diabetes today is no longer a simple disease, but a widespread social problem! From personal suffering and family stress to the enormous economic burden on society and the weakening of the national physique, one cannot help but ponder! What is the cause of diabetes in such a large number? Is it ancestral heredity? Is it a poor diet? Is it lack of exercise? Is it physical obesity? Or mental stress? All yes, and seemingly not! You do not see parents get but not their children; how to eat are not fat blood sugar is not high; there are all day exercise also get diabetes, such as the head of table tennis Wang Tao; naturally there is not fat but get diabetes, and not diabetes big fat; mental stress is also the same. So where does the problem lie? Personally, I think the key is still in the internal causes, that is, our five internal organs! The key in the key, is the spleen, the spleen of Chinese medicine! Next is the kidney and liver! The function of the spleen mainly includes the digestive system and endocrine system in Western medicine, but also includes the blood system, immune system, cardiovascular system and nervous system, and even involves all systems of the body! Because the five viscera and six internal organs are a whole, interdependent, interconstrained, interrelated and mutually influenced. Diabetes eventually leads to various complications, including diabetic heart disease, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic cerebrovascular accident, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, etc. The root cause lies here! According to Chinese medicine, the functions of the spleen are to transport and transform, to raise and clear, and to regulate. In Chinese medicine, the function of the spleen is to transport, digest and absorb the water and grains into blood sugar, blood lipids and proteins; to promote and clear the spleen is to reasonably distribute and transport these substances to all cells of the body to be used and transformed into energy; to unify and regulate the spleen is to let the qi, blood, fluids and substances run in their own way and around the body. For diabetic patients, all the food they eat turns into excessive blood sugar, blood lipids, uric acid, etc. This means that there is nothing wrong with their transportation and transformation functions, but the main problem is the failure of the ascending and regulating functions! The normal function of the spleen is dependent on the warming of kidney yang and the draining of liver qi, as well as the sufficiency and smooth flow of yin and yang qi, blood and fluids. Therefore, the spleen tonic is not the ultimate cure for diabetes! Western medicine believes that diabetes is an incurable, lifelong disease, and the later it gets, the trickier and more expensive the treatment becomes! Active and correct TCM treatment can keep some patients away from the “sweet” pain, but so far no one dares to say, I can cure diabetes! Therefore, prevention is the key to diabetes! In addition to a reasonable diet and proper exercise, the right way is to regulate your spleen, protect your kidneys, have a peaceful mind and smooth liver energy!
