Hyperhidrosis is a condition in which the sympathetic nerves are overexcited or highly stressed, causing excessive sweat secretion. Under normal circumstances, the sympathetic nerve regulates body temperature by controlling sweating and heat dissipation, but the sweating and facial flushing of hyperhidrosis patients completely lose their normal control. The excessive sweating in children is related to the rapid growth and development of children and their high metabolism. But if sweating wet clothes, sweating or sweating, in quiet or sleep, not because of thick clothing or environment too hot and sweating more, it is a pathological phenomenon, called “pediatric hyperhidrosis”. Sweating too much will affect the growth and development of the child, but also make the child weak, poor resistance, easy to cause other diseases. In Chinese medicine, sweating during the day is called “spontaneous sweating”, which is related to the lack of lung qi, the lack of solid body qi, and the easy opening of sweat holes; sweating after falling asleep and having heat in the heart of the hands and feet without high body temperature is called “night sweating”. Most of the sweating is caused by internal heat due to Yin deficiency. Whether it is spontaneous sweating or night sweating, you can take medicinal food. The treatment of sweating in Chinese medicine has a good effect, the treatment is to clear the heat and dampness to stop sweating, and benefit the Qi to stop the sweating. Here are a few proven prescriptions. 1. 30 grams of cooked slices of Phellodendron (first decoction), 12 grams each of Cistanches, Radix et Rhizoma, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, Bacopa monniera and Fructus Schisandrae, 60 grams each of Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Radix Astragali and Fructus Cinnamomi, 18 grams of Radix Rehmanniae, 3 grams of Cinnamomum, 9 grams of Radix Paeoniae Alba and 24 grams of Radix chinensis. Take one dose daily with water decoction, morning and evening. Mainly used for Yang deficiency and sweating due to lack of consolidation of Ying and Wei. 2. 60 grams of Astragalus membranaceus and 50 grams of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. Rolled into a fine powder, each time you take 9 grams, warm water delivery. Astragalus and Pericarpium have the function of consolidating the Ying and Wei, benefitting the Qi without stagnation, if added with a flavor of Fangfeng, it is more effective. 3, 100 grams of mulberry leaves by the frost, grinded and cooked porridge. 4.Floating wheat 24 grams, glutinous rice straw 30 grams.
