Patients with nasal congestion only on one side of the condition, often appear nasal, sinus inflammatory infectious and allergic diseases, patients may exist on one side of the nasal mucosa swelling more obvious state, may be manifested as a fixed side of the nasal congestion symptoms, may also be manifested as alternating nasal congestion symptoms. This kind of alternating nasal congestion symptoms will often be more obvious when lying down in bed, in the side lying sleep often facing downward side of the nose, nasal congestion symptoms will be more serious, after the change of position nasal congestion symptoms will alternately occur. For patients with nasal congestion on one side, careful and thorough examination of the nose is required. Some patients may also have a combination of nasal septal deviation, or various benign and malignant growths such as polyps and papillomas in the nasal cavity.
