What is high luteinizing hormone?

If the luteinizing hormone is high, it depends on the period of menstruation. If the luteinizing hormone is elevated on the 2nd or 3rd day of menstruation, that is, during the follicular phase, and the ratio of the number of follicles to the number of follicles is greater than two, it is considered to be polycystic ovary syndrome. If the luteinizing hormone is elevated on the 14th day of menstruation, it is normal because luteinizing hormone rises within 24-48 hours before ovulation and reaches a peak, which indicates imminent ovulation. Therefore, if there is an increase in luteinizing hormone at this stage, it is a normal physiological phenomenon and not a disease.
