According to the patient’s physical condition in time to take corresponding emergency measures, first of all to cut off the power supply, and then through the conduct of further life support, correction of cardiac arrhythmia, anti-shock treatment, the treatment of surgical problems, acute renal failure prevention and treatment of a variety of therapeutic measures to alleviate.
1. Life support treatment: cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) should be carried out immediately for patients with cardiac arrest, such as heartbeat and respiration recovery, and then advanced life support treatment should be carried out in the hospital quickly.
2. Correcting arrhythmia: patients with arrhythmia after electric shock should be observed and treated under cardiac monitoring to correct the arrhythmia.
3. Anti-shock treatment: electric burns often deep tissue destruction is serious, so the amount of rehydration fluid is more than the same area of burns patients. Combined with severe myocardial injury or patients with craniocerebral injury, the amount of fluid should be appropriately limited to prevent the occurrence of heart failure, renal failure, pulmonary edema and cerebral edema.
4. Treatment of surgical problems: for those with extensive limb burns, limb necrosis or fracture, give appropriate disposition. Depending on the circumstances, debridement, incision and decompression or amputation should be carried out within 24~48 hours after circulatory stabilization, and necrotic tissues should be removed as much as possible.
It is recommended to use electricity safely in daily life. If electric shock occurs, the power supply should be cut off in time and medical treatment should be sought.
