The patient had chest pain in the evening of July 21, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., radiating to the throat with profuse sweating, which was not taken seriously at that time. Coronary angiography suggested that the right proximal coronary artery was occluded. PCI was performed, and the guidewire was successfully passed through the occlusion of the proximal segment of the right coronary artery, and the re-imaging indicated a huge thrombosis in the proximal segment of the right coronary artery.
The patient complained of significant pain relief after the operation, and was discharged with no significant pain the day after the operation.
