The addition and subtraction of Gui Shao Di Huang Tang (归芍地黄汤) is a treatment for dizziness and rib distension and pain caused by Yin deficiency of the liver and kidneys (deficiency of Yin and fluid in the liver and kidneys), and Qi and Blood deficiencies. Gui Shao Di Huang Tang can nourish Blood and Qi, nourish Yin and clear heat (nourish Yin essence and remove heat). It can be used to treat cough due to Blood deficiency, night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping after waking up), spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with slight movement), tidal fever with bone vapor (a burst of heat, feeling that the heat is penetrating from inside the bones to the outside), and five heart-feels (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of being irritated by the heat in the heart and chest), and so on. Together, they nourish the Blood, nourish the Qi, nourish the Yin and clear away heat. It should be noted that the attribution of peony Di Huang Tang is not applicable to all types of dizziness and rib distension and pain, it is recommended that the patient under the guidance of a doctor to use medication, do not take medication on their own, so as not to delay the condition.
