Hemosiderin is not made from Panax ginseng, it is made from total saponins of Panax ginseng.
The common preparations of Hemosiderin are tablets, dispersible tablets, capsules, chewable tablets, dropping pills, injections, soft gelatin capsules, which are composed of total saponins of Panax ginseng. It has the efficacy of activating blood stasis and removing blood stasis, and energizing the veins and collaterals.
Indications are stagnant blood stasis caused by the recovery of meridians in stroke disease, manifested as crooked mouth and tongue, hemiplegia (one side of the limb can not move at will), awkward speech, and numbness of hemiplegia.
Hemosiderophon preparations are different, adverse reactions and contraindications, precautions are also different.
