What’s with the nosebleed?

If you hit your face without touching your nose, you will not have a nosebleed. If the symptoms of nosebleed arise, it is mostly because the nose suffers from diseases that are prone to nosebleed, and the blood vessels in the nose may rupture and bleed after the pressure of the blood vessels in the nose rises due to the vibration of the head and face or emotional excitement. Common diseases that are prone to nosebleed include: deviated nasal septum, dry rhinitis, nasal capillary hemangioma, etc.
1. Deviated nasal septum: after bending the bone and cartilage of nasal septum, it can make the surface of the mucous membrane thin and increase the tension, and when the pressure of local blood vessels fluctuates greatly, it can appear local rupture and bleeding.
2. Dry rhinitis: nasal gland secretion is reduced, nasal mucosa is dry, ulcers, vesicles and scabs often appear in the front of the nasal septum or the front of the inferior turbinate, and when strong vibration occurs, it can induce the scabs to fall off and the blood vessels to rupture and bleed.
3. Nasal capillary hemangioma: mostly occurring in the nasal septum and the mucosal surface of the anterior end of the inferior turbinate, capillary dilatation, protruding from the mucosal surface, vascular fragility and easy to hemorrhage, in the role of the above factors often lead to tumor rupture and bleeding.
When you have a nosebleed, it is recommended to consult a doctor for a clear diagnosis after a systematic examination, or there may be other causes of the disease, which require targeted treatment.
