What cream to use for keratosis pilaris

Keratosis pilaris is an abnormal keratinization and hyperplasia of the skin due to genetic factors. This disease is treated with topical medications to control the symptoms of keratosis, mostly by using mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream, which has overcome the symptoms of skin keratosis, or by using adapalene gel applied topically. If the dryness is more pronounced, you can also use 10% urea cream, or if the keratinization is high, you can also use 20% urea cream, or 3% salicylic acid cream, which are available. Periorbital keratosis can be treated with a low concentration of 1% salicylic acid ointment if it appears to be in remission, or vitamin E cream can be used.
