Blood deficiency can be caused by the inability of qi deficiency to produce blood, and qi deficiency can also be caused by blood deficiency. Clinical manifestations of qi deficiency and blood deficiency co-exist, symptoms such as spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by a little movement sweating), dizziness, palpitations (accelerated heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), insomnia, pale or yellowish color. Treatment should be qi and blood double tonic (qi and blood together), available Bazhen Tang. If the patient has the corresponding symptoms, he/she should consult a doctor for a clear diagnosis and be treated under the diagnosis of TCM.
