Shoe selection: Time to buy shoes: When buying shoes, the time is appropriate to choose the afternoon, when the feet are swollen, buy shoes are not too thin, the size of the rear heel can be inserted into a finger as appropriate, try on after standing up and walking for a while, do not sit down to choose shoes.  Shoe size: walk a lot of miles every day, so wear shoes to pay attention to comfort, fit, do not wear hard, narrow, small shoes. The sole is wear-resistant and flexible, and can cushion part of the impact from the ground.
