Perianal eczema and pruritus ani can be identified according to the cause, symptoms and treatment. 1. Causes: Perianal eczema is mainly due to long-term moisture in the anus, not dry, and usually do not pay attention to local hygiene; pruritus ani is often due to stimulation of external factors, or due to contact with allergens caused by allergic reactions. 2. Symptoms: anal eczema is a common symptom of red rash in the anus, accompanied by obvious tingling sensation; whereas anal pruritus may be simple itching, the surface of the skin without symptoms such as rashes or ulcers. 3. Treatment: For anal eczema, topical glucocorticoid ointment, such as tretinoin acetate cream, can be used; and for anal pruritus, topical glycerite lotion and oral cetirizine can be used. If you want to know whether it is perianal eczema or anal pruritus, it is recommended to consult anorectal or dermatological department as soon as possible, and then diagnose and analyze according to dermatopathology and visual diagnosis.
