The purpose of enteral rebalancing is to regulate the intestines that are dysfunctional due to constipation or laxative abuse. Recipes for constipation treatment are configured for 1-2 weeks using foods from the Bowel Diet. Bowel realignment can be done at home. Most people with mild constipation can be treated for constipation with just enteral reorganization. On the first day start with electrolyte water to clean out the bowel and abstain from solid foods. Drink only water and fruit and vegetable juices. Take a probiotic preparation to improve the balance of bacteria in the intestines. Then the next 1-2 weeks to ensure enough food fiber and water, recipes are as follows: 1, cereals, pasta: millet, brown rice, rye bread, pasta. 2, vegetables: burdock, okra, pumpkin, bitter gourd, carrots, onions (boiled), yams, soy products, groundnuts, potatoes (the above three foods are rich in food fiber content, but higher calories, not easy to eat too much). 3, meat (small amount): fish, pork. 4, fruit (or drink fruit juice) bananas, kiwi, apples, strawberries, dragon fruit, blueberries. 5, Lactobacillus (yogurt, cheese, soy sauce, pickles). 6, and oligosaccharides (oligosaccharides, such as soy milk, honey). 7, and some vitamin C, a small amount of olive oil (15-30ml). Drink no less than 3 pounds of water a day. Adhere to 1-2 weeks.
