The testis and spermatic cord are descended tension-free from the incision in the inguinal region into the scrotum, and then the testis is fixed between the skin and the fleshy membrane layer of the 1cm incision just cut and fixed with silk sutures, or the skin of the thigh is stretched externally to the inner side of the thigh using silk sutures; v. Check that the spermatic cord does not have any tension and The incision can be closed with sutures if the testis is well fixed in position. After waking up from anesthesia, it marks the completion of a cryptorchid descent fixation surgery.
