What to do when you get pimples that look like small blisters

Pimples like small blisters usually refer to pustular acne, which can be treated by lifestyle modification, medication (such as adapalene gel) and physical therapy.
1. General treatment: usually pay attention to keep the skin clean, use mild cleansing products, do not scratch the affected area, eat a light diet, prohibit spicy and stimulating and sugary foods, avoid staying up late.
2. Medication: Adapalene gel can be used in low concentration and small range; azelaic acid can be used to reduce the symptoms of hyperpigmentation; fusidic acid and lincomycin can be used for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory purposes in case of combined infection. When the disease is serious, oral tetracycline, metronidazole and other medications; severe acne can be oral isotretinoin; eruptive acne can be treated with glucocorticoids such as prednisone.
3. Physical therapy: Red and blue light irradiation can be combined to inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes and reduce the local inflammatory response to promote the decline of acne.
