Can mastocytosis become breast cancer?

Mammary gland hyperplasia is a common condition that occurs mostly between the ages of 30 and 50. Mammary gland hyperplasia is a disorder of the normal structure of the breast. Its occurrence is related to endocrine dysfunction, decreased secretion of luteinizing hormone and a relative increase in estrogen. Clinical studies have shown that simple lobular hyperplasia accounts for about 70% of all mammary gland hyperplasia from histomorphological point of view and will not become malignant to breast cancer. The majority of patients with mastocytosis will be cured after menopause, and not necessarily malignant to breast cancer if they have mastocytosis. However, a small percentage of patients with ductal epithelial hyperplasia gradually develop into atypical hyperplasia of the breast after being stimulated by a number of unfavorable factors, which eventually turns into breast cancer. Therefore, despite this, we need to stay alert and have regular breast checkups (including clinical examinations, ultrasound and annual mammogram over the age of 40) to detect the problem early. In this regard, women with breast enlargement should maintain a good mental state and a peaceful state of mind, eat less oily and spicy food, and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables to regulate endocrine secretion and improve breast enlargement problems.
