Most of the gallbladder cancer patients have no obvious precursors. Some patients may have symptoms such as right upper abdominal pain and poor appetite, but they are not specific.
1. Right upper abdominal pain: the pain is mostly in the gallbladder area, i.e. right upper abdomen, and the nature of pain is mostly hidden.
2. Poor appetite: gallbladder cancer may cause poor appetite and emaciation. In early stage, wasting is not obvious.
Although the precursors of gallbladder cancer are not obvious, it has more precancerous lesions, such as larger gallbladder stones, porcelain gallbladder, adenomatous gallbladder polyp, etc. If there are any of the above lesions, it should be treated promptly. If there is any of the above lesions, timely treatment should be carried out and regular review is needed after cure.
The earlier the gallbladder cancer is, the easier it is to perform radical surgery and the better the treatment effect is.
