What’s wrong with uterine pain when your period comes?

Uterine pain with menstruation is often called dysmenorrhea, which may be caused by primary dysmenorrhea due to hormonal effects or secondary dysmenorrhea due to endometriosis uterine tumors and other pathological factors.
1. Primary dysmenorrhea: If the endometrium releases more prostaglandins, it will cause the uterine smooth muscle to contract too strongly, causing dysmenorrhea.
2. Endometriosis: due to the increase of estrogen during menstruation, it will cause the endometriosis lesion to become bigger and even cause rupture and bleeding, thus causing pain in uterine area.
3. Uterine tumor: generally smaller uterine tumors will not cause dysmenorrhea, but if the uterine tumor is larger in size, it will compress the pelvic nerves, thus causing dysmenorrhea.
If dysmenorrhea is more serious, you should go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease and under the guidance of the doctor for standardized treatment.
