A single dose of the Neocoronavirus vaccine is now available. The new coronavirus vaccine refers to a weakened version of the viral gene placed in an adenovirus, which is injected into the human body through an adenovirus vector to prevent infection by the new coronavirus. The safety and stability of recombinant novel coronavirus vaccines are relatively good. There are five main types of novel coronavirus vaccines: inactivated vaccine, recombinant protein vaccine, adenovirus vector vaccine, nucleic acid vaccine, and attenuated sensitive vector vaccine. Data from Phase III clinical trials of the adenovirus-vectored vaccine showed that after 28 days of single vaccination, the vaccine was 65.28% effective against all symptoms and 90.07% effective against severe disease.
