Negative early pregnancy test paper or blood test for HCG: Generally about 10~14 days after successful implantation, serum chorionic gonadotropin level will rise, and when embryo implantation fails, early pregnancy test paper or blood test for HCG will be negative. 4. Disappearance of early pregnancy reaction: some women may have early pregnancy reaction such as nausea and vomiting after embryo implantation, and the early pregnancy reaction will disappear if the embryo is shed after implantation.
