What kind of Chinese medicines do you take to get rid of dampness?

Dampness is called dampness in Chinese medicine, and heavy dampness can be treated with proprietary Chinese medicines, such as Pingqi San, Huoxiang Zhengqi San, Wu Ling San and other medicines to get rid of dampness.
1. Ping Stomach San: contains thick Park, Cangzhu, Chen Tangerine peel and other traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, with dry dampness and transport the spleen, the efficacy of qi and stomach, the main treatment of dampness stagnation of the spleen and stomach (dampness stagnation of the spleen and stomach) certificate, the symptoms of the epigastric (stomach and stomach) distension, not think of food, nausea and vomiting, belching (belch), swallowing acid (the stomach upward oral pharyngeal swallowing of acid), and so on.
However, it should be noted that the drugs in this formula are hard, warm and dry, easily depleting qi and injuring fluid, so it should not be used by people with insufficient yin and fluid or weak spleen and stomach and pregnant women.
2. Huo Xiang Zheng Qi San: containing Atractylodes macrocephala, Chen Pi, Poria and other traditional Chinese medicines, it has the effect of relieving exterior dampness (relieving exterior evils and dispelling internal dampness), regulating qi and center (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach to make the functions of the spleen and stomach smooth), and it is mainly used for treating the cases of exterior wind-cold and internal dampness stagnation (the stagnation of dampness within the body caused by diet being too cold and chilly, etc), and so on. The adverse effects and contraindications of this drug are not clear.
3. Wu Ling San: composed of Poria, Zeloda, Poria, Cinnamon and so on. It has the efficacy of warming yang and transforming qi (warming yang qi in the body), inducing dampness and promoting the flow of water. It is used for edema caused by Yang not transforming qi (the body’s qi is blocked), water-dampness stopping inside (water-dampness stays in the body), symptoms such as urinary incontinence, edema and abdominal distension, vomiting and diarrhea, and so on. Adverse effects and contraindications of this drug are not clear.
