Who is more likely to get breast cancer?

High risk factors for breast cancer: 1. Family history of breast cancer (higher risk for first-degree relatives such as mothers and sisters); 2. Past history of benign breast tumors or severe breast hyperplasia (higher risk for intraductal papillomatosis, atypical hyperplasia, sclerosing adenopathy); 3. Infertility; 4. First full-term pregnancy > 30 years of age; 5. Age at menarche < 12 years or menopause after 55 years of age; 6.  Excessive consumption of animal fat and overweight after menopause; 7. Long-term oral or injected estrogen (long-term use of estrogen-containing beauty and skin care products, and consumption of estrogen-containing health products and foods). Women with first-degree relatives with premenopausal breast cancer and women with positive breast cancer-related genes (BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 genes confirmed by genetic testing). 2. Patients with previous breast cancer, intraductal breast cancer, lobular carcinoma in situ, or atypical hyperplasia.
