How to treat soft tissue inflammation

Soft tissue inflammation depends on bacterial inflammation or non-bacterial inflammation. For example, if soft tissue is inflamed in the presence of a traumatic wound, there may be redness, swelling, heat, pain, and discharge of pus, etc. around the wound. In such cases, bacterial culture of the secretion should be taken, and the swelling should be opened appropriately to drain the pus that exists inside. In addition, if the systemic infection is heavy, systemic antibiotics are needed to prevent other pathologies such as infectious shock. Aseptic inflammation of soft tissues, such as tennis elbow and lumbar myofasciitis, is caused by chronic strain on the soft tissues and should be treated with physical therapy, heat, acupuncture, and massage.
