Does bleeding during ovulation affect pregnancy?

Ovulatory bleeding is usually a normal physiological phenomenon, but if there is a lot of bleeding, it may affect conception. Ovulatory bleeding is mainly due to changes in sex hormone levels after ovulation, which causes a small amount of endometrial peeling and bleeding, but does not affect the discharge of the egg. Women with low bleeding who are preparing for pregnancy can arrange intercourse normally and it does not significantly affect pregnancy. If the bleeding during ovulation is heavy and blood remains in the vagina after bleeding, intercourse will increase the possibility of gynecological infections in women and sexual intercourse needs to be suspended. If the bleeding is heavy and lasts for a long time, there may be dysfunctional uterine bleeding, etc., which may affect conception. Therefore, patients who experience ovulatory bleeding need to consult a doctor promptly and give symptomatic treatment to stop the bleeding under the guidance of the doctor and get pregnant after there is no vaginal bleeding.
