Cervical cancer cannot be diagnosed solely on the basis of the symptom of inability to hold urine. Inability to hold urine is often due to other reasons, such as urinary tract problems, urinary tract infections or tumors in the urinary system, which may lead to frequent urination, urgency or inability to hold urine, incontinence and so on. The most important symptom of cervical cancer in the early stage is contact vaginal bleeding, and with the development of the disease, there may be irregular vaginal bleeding and fluid flow in the middle and late stages. Because the lesion of cervical cancer invades the urinary system, for example, causing the ureter or bladder to be compressed and causing urinary tract infection, there will also be such urinary symptoms. Cervical cancer may also be accompanied by urinary tract infection, in which case diuresis is needed, as well as drinking more water, more than 2000ml per day, and applying anti-inflammatory and other medications can relieve the symptoms. In addition, if it is caused by tumor, further radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other comprehensive treatments should be done for the primary lesion to relieve the symptoms of obstruction.
