Seronegative spondyloarthritis does not heal on its own and there is no effective cure. Seronegative spondyloarthritis is a group of systemic inflammatory diseases with spinal and peripheral joint lesions. It is currently believed that this group of diseases includes inflammatory bowel disease arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, etc. The onset of the disease is related to genetics, the environment and other reasons, and this group of diseases is not yet clear evidence to prove that the disease can be cured on its own, and there is a lack of effective radical treatment. Although seronegative spondyloarthritis cannot be cured, the prognosis for patients with this group of diseases is generally good and will not seriously affect their life expectancy through active and standardized treatment, but patients who are not actively treated or whose condition is more severe may develop joint deformities or disabilities. It is recommended that patients with seronegative spondyloarthritis should go to the rheumatology and immunology departments of regular hospitals for detailed consultation and treatment in accordance with the doctor’s instructions, so as to avoid delaying their condition.
