Most of the anterior pelvic tilt caused by muscle laxity around the pelvis can be restored. The human pelvis itself is in a somewhat anterior state, this state mainly refers to the relationship between the upper and lower mouth of the pelvic pelvic structure and the angle of the ground, through the center of the upper and lower mouth of the pelvis to make an axis line, the greater the angle between this line and the ground, the more the pelvis tilts backward, and the smaller the angle with the ground, the more the pelvis tilts forward. Similar to the state of pouring water with a hot water bottle, the smaller the angle between the hot water bottle and the ground, the more water flows out of the bottle, and the larger the angle with the ground, the hot water bottle will tend to vertical ground state, the state of being able to pour out hot water is the state of the pelvis tilted forward. This state is mostly caused by too much muscle power on the back side of the pelvis and too little muscle power on the front side of the pelvis, which can generally be corrected through muscle exercise.
