Water-heat condensation syndrome: abdominal fullness, abdominal distension and pain, irritable heat (irritability and sultriness), bitter taste in the mouth, and thirst for water, etc. The treatment is to clear away heat and promote dampness (to remove heat and dampness in the body), and to attack the lower part of the body to promote the flow of water, which can be treated by oral administration of Zhongmang Fenxia Pill combined with Yin Chen Artemisia Soup with additional subtractions. Yin deficiency and water-stopping syndrome: manifested as abdominal distension and fullness, and symptoms such as exposure of veins, the treatment is to nourish the kidneys and soften the liver, nourish yin and promote diuresis, and can be taken orally as Liouweidihuang Pill combined with Consistent Decoction with addition or subtraction. It is forbidden for those who are allergic to both. For those with phlegm accumulation and white tongue coating, sunken and stringy pulse, it is not suitable to use Consistent Decoction.
