What’s wrong with esophageal pain?

Esophageal pain is caused by improper diet, reflux esophagitis, pyloric obstruction and gastric ulcers, etc. It is recommended to consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause under the guidance of a professional physician.
1. Improper diet: It may be due to consuming food that is too hot or too warm, which irritates the esophageal mucosa, or accidentally consuming hard food such as fish and chicken bones, which scratches the mucosa of the esophagus, which may also cause esophageal pain symptoms.
2. Reflux esophagitis: it may be associated with excessive gastric acid secretion, obesity, poor dietary factors, etc., and accompanied by acid reflux, esophageal pain, cough and other symptoms.
3. Pyloric obstruction: it may be related to submucosal fibrosis caused by chronic ulcers and accompanied by symptoms such as esophageal pain, vomiting and extreme weight loss. Surgical treatment is recommended under the guidance of a doctor.
4. Gastric ulcer: excessive secretion of gastric acid in the body, leading to ulceration of gastric mucosa, accompanied by esophageal pain, acid reflux and loss of appetite.
Apart from the above reasons, esophageal pain may also be caused by heart problems. If the pain lasts for a long time, you need to consult a doctor. Maintain the principle of eating small and frequent meals and do not overeat.
