Lung cancer blood routine usually has no obvious manifestations, but will have different manifestations according to the progress of different diseases, such as inflammatory infection, anemia and advanced stage of lung cancer. 1. Inflammatory infections: such as obstructive pneumonia, it will cause significant increase in white blood cell count, among which the number of neutrophils is significantly elevated, and it may also lead to mild elevation of platelets. 2. Anemia: if the patient has a large tumor load and poor nutritional status, or if the lung cancer mass bleeds repeatedly, it is manifested by a decrease in the number of red blood cells and a decrease in hemoglobin level. If it is iron deficiency, the average hemoglobin concentration, poor average red blood cell volume and average hemoglobin level will be decreased. If it is caused by lack of folic acid, vitamin B12 and other hematopoietic substances, average red blood cell volume and average red blood cell hemoglobin amount will increase. 3. Advanced stage of lung cancer: normal hematopoietic function of patients will be inhibited, and the number of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets will be obviously reduced. If the patient has uncomfortable symptoms, he/she should seek medical treatment in time.
