Relaxation Exercises for Tinnitus Patients

Tinnitus patients should learn to divert their attention and not be overly sensitive to their inner feelings. Once you think of tinnitus, immediately divert your attention to other things, such as listening to music, reading books, reading newspapers, to distract your attention from tinnitus and make it an unimportant thing. Do relaxation exercises twice a day for 15 minutes each time, preferably in the morning for one hour before drinking bedtime. Periosteal squeeze: say two palms rubbed hot and block the left ear and right ear at the same time, gently squeeze and leave quickly, do this 9 times in a row, this can promote blood circulation in the ear, which is good for relieving tinnitus and brain fatigue. Rub the ears, after washing your face, gently massage and rub the ears and earlobes, or rub your palms together and press the ears, place your thumbs behind the ears and tap the back of your head with your four fingers. Rub the cataract point: the point is located in the depression behind the earlobe, place both hands on both sides of the head, press the threaded side of the thumb on the cataract point, place the other four fingers scattered above the ear to fix the position of the thumb, then use the thumb to rub the cataract point to the degree of soreness and swelling. Open your mouth and shut up. Every morning after waking up, open your mouth to the maximum, exhale a breath outward, then inhale a breath with force, and then close your mouth again, several times in a row.
