How to treat celiac disease

In adolescent and pregnant women, due to the increase of estrogen level, the cervical canal columnar epithelium proliferates and migrates outward, and the ectocervix appears red and finely granular under the microscope as a complete cervical canal monolayer columnar epithelium, because the columnar epithelium is thin and the interstitium under it is red, which looks like erosion and ulcer to the naked eye, so it is named as “celiac disease”. In fact, cervical erosion is not erosion, nor is it a disease, but a physiological state related to the body’s hormone levels, which cannot be prevented and does not need to be prevented. Another misconception in the concept of cervical erosion is the stratification of mild, moderate and severe. Many people believe that severe erosion is a state where the lesions are very serious and will turn into cancer. In fact, the clinical classification is based on the area of cervical erosion, with mild being less than 1/3 of the cervical area, moderate being 1/3 to 2/3, and severe being greater than 2/3 of the cervical area. asymptomatic cervical erosion does not require treatment since cervical erosion is a normal physiological state and does not require medical intervention. Therefore, it is currently advocated that those with asymptomatic cervical erosion do not require any treatment and should only be screened for cervical cancer and further colposcopy if the screening result is abnormal. If clinical symptoms occur, such as increased vaginal discharge or abnormal discharge, it is necessary to go to a regular hospital. Repeated inflammatory irritation may also lead to the formation of cervical polyps, which may result in bloody leucorrhea or post-coital bleeding, at which point timely medical attention must be sought. How to cure cervical erosion first of all, the presence of pathogens must be clarified and routine discharge examination is essential. Secondly, and critically, cervical cancer screening is done because cervical erosion and cervical precancer or early cervical cancer are difficult to recognize in appearance, and human papillomavirus testing and cervical cytology are routinely done. If the discharge examination reveals the presence of pathogens or acute inflammatory manifestations, appropriate medications can be selected for local treatment. Medications are effective in relieving clinical symptoms, but it is difficult to change the physiological state of cervical canal columnar epithelial outgrowth with general medications. It is also believed that cervical erosion makes the cervical resistance weak and pathogens easily invade and inflammation occurs. If clinical symptoms appear, after excluding acute genital inflammation and cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, you can choose the right time for cervical physiotherapy, which is the most effective way to treat “cervical erosion”. The laser, freezing, microwave and other means will destroy the columnar epithelium and chemosynthetic epithelium of the cervical erosion surface, so that the smooth squamous epithelium will cover the wound surface, and generally there will be a little bleeding when the wound surface is decrusted 1~2 weeks after treatment, and it will heal completely in 4~8 weeks. However, for women who have not had children or have the requirement to have children, it is recommended not to take cervical physiotherapy easily because the treatment may cause cervical canal stenosis and infertility, as well as the risk of postoperative bleeding and infection.
