Renal osteopathy is clinically classified as follows: 1. high conversion osteopathy, also known as fibrocystic osteitis. The biochemical indexes may show lower blood calcium, elevated blood bone alkaline phosphatase and blood parathyroid hormone; 2, low conversion osteopathy, which includes akinetic osteopathy and osteochondrosis, mainly seen in elderly patients, diabetic patients, and patients after parathyroid surgery; 3, mixed osteopathy, which has the characteristics of both high conversion osteopathy and low conversion osteopathy, mainly seen in patients with secondary severe hyperparathyroidism and inappropriately treated patients; 4, renal osteopathy; 4, β2-microglobulin amyloidosis osteoarthropathy.
