Patients who exhibit only slight head shaking are considered to have idiopathic tremor, which is also known as primary tremor and is an autosomal dominant disorder. Patients may exhibit only involuntary head or hand movements that do not affect their life expectancy, and the incidence of idiopathic tremor increases progressively with age. Patients usually have a family history of idiopathic tremor. The prognosis for idiopathic tremor is relatively good, and the disease usually progresses very slowly and remains stable for a long time. Idiopathic tremor only slight head shaking is not terrible, patients should adjust their mindset, in daily life to varying degrees of self-management, appropriate physical exercise, diet adjustment, avoid excessive exertion, read more books and diligent brain.
