How many days can a bee sting heal itself?

Bee stings usually heal within 2 weeks; the exact time depends on the individual’s physical condition, the severity of the sting, and whether or not the sting is treated actively and effectively.
Bee stings usually cause localized skin swelling, hot pain or blisters with itching; in severe cases, it may cause a generalized rash, fever, headache, coma, respiratory difficulties, etc. Individual cases may cause multiple organ damage such as acute kidney failure, toxic hepatitis, acute intravascular hemolysis and cardiac arrhythmia.
Bee stings need to be pulled out immediately with sterilized tweezers; the local area should be washed with weak alkaline soapy water, cold compresses, and no squeezing, and the swelling usually starts to go down within a few hours; systemic symptoms need to be followed by the doctor’s prescription of anti-allergy treatment; loss of consciousness or respiratory arrest should be immediately performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and call the 120 emergency number.
Recovery time of stings may vary greatly, a few people may be almost asymptomatic; those with less serious injuries, better physical condition and active treatment after the injury can usually recover in about 1 week; those with more serious stings and poorer physical condition, and those who do not have active treatment after the injuries, may recover in about 2 weeks.
Bee stings require careful observation of local and systemic symptoms, and timely emergency medical treatment when necessary to avoid accidents and major injuries.
