No menstruation but blood should go to the hospital for gynecological examination, cervical TCT examination and gynecological ultrasound. If the bleeding is caused by the presence of cervical inflammation, a cervical TCT test is only for chronic cervical inflammation, which needs to be treated with celiac suppositories, and for atypical hyperplasia or cancer of the cervix, which needs to be treated with partial hysterectomy and total hysterectomy. If the bleeding comes from the uterine cavity, it may be caused by uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps, or gonorrhea, and should be treated with medication to stop the bleeding and, if necessary, surgery. When a woman has bleeding during non-menstrual periods, she must pay enough attention to prevent bleeding caused by cervical malignancy, and early detection and surgical treatment can improve the survival of the patient.
