What to do about abnormal sinus rhythm q waves

Sinus rhythm is a normal heart rhythm and does not require treatment, but abnormal Q waves may indicate a previous myocardial infarction and require further investigation and treatment. The further examination is divided into several aspects: 1. improve myocardial enzyme tests to see if there is a recent new myocardial infarction; 2. perform coronary angiography to see if there is a clear stenosis of the coronary vessels. If there is severe stenosis, the diagnosis of coronary artery disease will require active medication and possibly coronary artery stenting when the stenosis reaches a certain level, or in more severe cases, coronary artery bypass grafting.
