Bloody stools may be caused by internal hemorrhoids, anal fissure, ulcerative colitis, gastric perforation, intestinal tumors and other factors.

3. Ulcerative colitis: the most common symptom is pus and blood in the stool, which is often accompanied by increased stool frequency, a sense of urgency and heaviness, abdominal pain and other symptoms.
4. Gastric perforation: Gastric perforation leads to rupture of the gastric mucosa and massive bleeding, which causes the symptom of bloody stools, and is usually accompanied by abdominal pain, plate-like abdomen, fever and other symptoms.
5. Intestinal tumors: for example, colon and rectal tumors, there will be the performance of bloody stools with bright red or dark red blood and large amount, often accompanied by the symptoms of emaciation and loss of appetite.
