The role of Usfer capsules

For patients referring to Eusebio capsules, they generally refer to imported ursodeoxycholic acid capsules, which are mainly used for intrahepatic bile duct stones and common bile duct stones, especially for the treatment of cholesterol stones. Therefore, for intrahepatic bile duct stones in grade III and IV bile ducts, without clinical symptoms, or patients with viscous and stagnant bile in the common bile duct, they can actively consider taking Eusebio for treatment, and the duration of Eusebio is generally recommended to be more than three months. After 1-2 months of treatment, patients should review the upper abdominal ultrasound or MRCP to see if the stones in the intrahepatic bile duct have become smaller or if the bile in the common bile duct has become thinner. If the stones decrease or the bile viscosity decreases, then consider continuing treatment. If the stones increase in size, or if stones are already present in the common bile duct, further ERCP or surgical treatment should be actively considered.
