If the patient has a history of tuberculosis, and this time the CT shows striated shadows and nodules, and if there are no other special discomforts, it is generally considered to be the old foci left behind by anti-tuberculosis treatments. It is recommended that the patient should consult the doctor in time after the occurrence of uncomfortable symptoms. Clinically, the diagnosis can be clarified through blood routine, blood culture, CT, MRI, bronchoscopy and other examinations, and after the diagnosis is clarified, it is necessary to carry out active treatment.
