What’s wrong with a headache accompanied by chest pain?

Headache with pain in the anterior chest region is a common cause to consider myocardial ischemia, headache due to cerebral ischemia and hypoxia caused by insufficient coronary blood supply, and possibly reflux gastroesophagitis. It is recommended to go to the hospital for detailed examination, do ECG, cardiac enzyme profile, exercise plate ECG, 24-hour ambulatory ECG if necessary, and carefully monitor the signs of myocardial ischemia. If it is found to be coronary artery disease or acute coronary syndrome, then secondary preventive medication treatment for coronary artery disease is necessary. If medication treatment is not effective, coronary angiography may be considered to clarify the coronary lesion.
