2. Folliculitis: mostly caused by bacterial infections resulting in an inflammatory reaction of the hair follicles, which can also lead to acne on the back and chest, can be treated with topical erythromycin ointment, mupirocin ointment and other antibiotic drugs.
3. Herpes: Viral infection caused by herpes simplex, herpes zoster, etc. can also lead to back and chest acne. You can use topical acyclovir ointment, penciclovir ointment or oral acyclovir and other antiviral drugs.
