For the application of dual antibodies in patients with cerebral infarction, the NIHSS score should be performed. Patients with cerebral infarction with NIHSS score below 4 can be considered for the application of dual antibodies, and the drugs commonly used for dual antibodies are aspirin and clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate. The patient should be excluded from hematologic diseases, such as thrombocytopenic purpura or hemophilia, and the patient should have no history of major surgery within the last 3 months before the patient can be considered for dual antibiotic treatment. If the patient has a stenosis of 75% or more during the period of dual antibiotic treatment, the patient may be given extended dual antibiotic treatment. If the patient has no stenosis and the NIHSS score is below 4 for acute cerebral infarction, the patient can be given dual antibiotics for 7-21 days, etc. At the same time, we should observe whether the patient has black stool, and if there is black stool, if necessary, the patient should stop the dual antibiotic treatment or acid-suppressing and gastric mucosa-protecting drugs.
