What causes arch pain?

Acquired flat feet are related to degenerative changes, posterior tibial tendon insufficiency, neuromuscular lesions, etc. Most patients have no obvious symptoms, while a few patients will have pain in the middle of the foot, swelling of the ankle joint, etc. The pain can be extended to the arch of the foot. 3. Gout; the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease have not been clearly defined, but studies have shown that it may be related to hyperuricemia, chronic kidney disease, blood disorders and other causes. Gout can be induced by drinking alcohol, animal offal, seafood, drugs and other factors. Symptoms such as redness, swelling, heat, pain, dysfunction and so on will appear at the affected joints, which are more likely to occur in the foot, so there will be pain in the arch of the foot. 4. Paravalvular bone: It refers to the congenital abnormality of the second cartilage at the navicular node, forming another independent paravalvular bone at the navicular bone, and the patients mostly have the history of ankle sprains, which can be manifested as obvious pain in the arch of the foot. 5. Plantar fasciitis: this disease is mainly due to long time running or walking, resulting in the plantar fascia in a long-term high load state caused by aseptic inflammation, the common symptom is the bottom of the foot or heel pain.
