The manifestations of early stage breast cancer include: 1. some patients have no obvious discomfort, only a single, hard, non-pushable lump can be palpated in one breast; 2. some patients can have nipple overflow with darker color; 3. some patients have orange peel-like appearance of breast skin, nipple invagination, retraction and fixation; 4. axillary lymph node enlargement, hard, fixed and non-pushable lymph node enlargement can be palpated in the ipsilateral axilla; 5. eczema-like breast cancer, no local breast lump, but repeated breakage, debridement, oozing and pus flowing in the nipple areola area, etc.
