Diagnostic Criteria for Reinstatement

The diagnostic criteria for reocclusion, i.e. aplastic anemia, include a decrease in the complete blood count; hypoproliferative or severely hypoproliferative bone marrow in multiple sites.
1. Decreased complete blood count, increased percentage of lymphocytes, reticulocyte percentage <0.01. 2. Multiple sites of hypoplasia (<50% of normal) or severe hypoplasia (<25% of normal) of the bone marrow; increased proportion of nonhematopoietic cells, decreased hematopoietic cells, and marrow granulocyte vacuity. 3. Generally no liver or spleen enlargement. 4. Except for other diseases causing Pancytopenia, such as paroxysmal sleep hemoglobinuria, immune-related Pancytopenia. If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to seek prompt medical attention for diagnosis and treatment.
